It does not. You have to find and pick up the green dot to proceed.
It's playable, certainly...But I guess it's not that much fun, you know? The controls seem a little tricky, like sometimes I was fighting them. And then there was a bit where there was a bomb in every column, it was impossible to survive. It didn't quite seem fair...
I appreciate the feedback! Regarding the controls, I should also add that you can spacebar to dash, there is a subsequent timeout for being able to dash again. When dashing you can pass through bombs which allows for an out when they fill up the columns.
Thanks for taking the time to play.
I click "Controls" on the title screen, and it flashes, but nothing happens! What ARE the controls???
left arrow, right arrow, space bar to jump or up arrow key
All right, but WHY do you start over all the way at the BEGINNING if you lose? Also, it's clumsy to get around corners because the character ("character", I mean it's just a square) doesn't seem to "slide" along the walls.
What are you talking about? It slides on the walls just fine.
Putting you back at the beginning gives you a motivation to not fail, if you do, you gotta do it over again.
All right, the basic game idea has been done before, but it's pretty solid, and the voxel graphics are good. However, I seemed to have problems with the controls. Like, I would walk over to the box and then I would jab the button, but it wouldn't actually WORK until my character STOPPED MOVING. Also, I would be walking in one direction and I'd press a different direction to turn, but I wouldn't turn. It just felt like I was fighting with the controls.
Thanks for the feedback. We are working on the controls and the action animation =)
No instructions, Stencyl default assets, having to move with the keyboard and jump with the mouse, bad collision...yeah, I'm afraid this isn't very good.
Yep sos this is my very first game ever! So i was not expecting much sos! :(
