It's okay, but the controls are floaty...I thought I had stopped in time but I "skidded" into a dot. O_o

jupitron responds:

ThereĀ“s a new version up with that fix, please try it again! Thanks.

It's all right, although you need a button for "move back without turning". Having to fly around to the back of enemies is an interesting wrinkle, but it's still feels like pointless work to move back and then aim forward again. Anyway, I was mostly expecting a game making fun of Jontron. I mean, why would you *support* that misogynist moron?

This isn't "unique" by any stretch of the imagination. All those features you took out--moving while falling, grabbing ladders while falling--they're all innovations created by games over the years. This game reminds me of a really old platformer, and it makes it quite clear exactly why those old games aren't that great!

It's got great graphics, but it's too HARD!

jsanjuan responds:

Yes, maybe I designed it with an over average difficult level, but it's done that way to make the player think his strategy for each level before doing any movement. You have to observe the enemies' patterns and play with the hologram (if it's discovered by the enemies, they will follow it)

Thanks for commenting.

It's all coded and executed pretty well; the graphics are pretty good too. I'm not really sure I get the gameplay though...I go up as fast as I can to avoid the spike floor coming up from the bottom, but as far as I can tell there isn't any way to avoid the spikes on the walls...I mean, it's just random chance how far you get before a spike is placed to kill you?

It's pretty fun, I can't beat the spider boss though...it seems like every time I get in a hit, the game pauses to let the level of spiders climb really high...

Emptygoddess responds:

Stupid spider boss!

...Huh? I zoomed around for a while, using controls that seemed unresponsive; I saw some geometric shape, then I was zooming around a torus on a white background, then I got to a credits screen. ???
Well, that was dumb.

There doesn't really seem to be any way to aim. Every time I shoot, I go way over the target.
