It's all right...I don't really think the Arkanoid blocks add anything, though. One player just waits around while the other one breaks enough blocks to actually send the ball over...

Of course, it's cool that you tried it, since a lot of times the only way you know if something works is if to try it!

Wait...The game says "Collecting stars and killing nasties will get you points, but it may be more worthwhile to finish the level quickly and get the time bonus". So I get a bunch of stars and then go into the glowing portal, and the level clears of monsters, and I get the rest of the stars...But then ultimately I get game over? Is the point that you CAN'T go through the portal without getting all the stars? But then how am I supposed to finish the level quickly without getting them???

AFeastIsAFeast responds:

You need to be fast. Time bonuses are only for good players :3

It's fun, I like the graphics...the control scheme is one you don't see very often, and it's cool. The game is difficult, though. I ran out of time, I had no idea how far I was to the exit, and I didn't really feel like trying again. It was frustrating to be confronted with a choice, and choose one direction, only to have a blue barrier completely block me. Also, I have no idea why I'm collecting these gray and yellow cubes...

theonion770 responds:

Thanks very much for the feedback! I'm changing the levels and adding signs for which direction to go, and I've made an update where there's a reason to collect the cubes - so you can buy other spaceships!

It's really difficult to get anything, especially starting out; because I try to move toward the object, and the flies just end up going around and around and around and around and around and around and around and around and around and around it...

1) A green character on a green background? Really? 2) The "tutorial" bit is impossible to pass. Sure, you can jump up to a wall and then wall jump to the other wall, but you can't reach it to wall jump and build height, and you can only double jump once.

ODDJOWKERSTUDIOS responds:

Thank you for telling us about this bug we have went back and updated the game.

Ever read about fair use? Maybe you should, you know, THINK next time before commenting.

It's playable, but it's pretty much impossible to react fast enough to avoid obstacles.

DragNDropEnt responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I will slow it down some and update it.

It's a good start, I guess, but when I grapple something, the grapple doesn't change my movement at all...like, I grapple something and walk off the platform, and I just fall down without stopping. Not only that, when I try to move the mouse around, it keeps going out of the window so it's basically impossible to do anything.

I don't really see the point? First of all, while I can move the flower (or whatever it is) around, it doesn't have any effect on...anything. Secondly, since I'm not already familiar with the story, I don't have any idea what's going on...I was expecting at least a bit of text explaining what's happening with the Buddha there, but there was nothing.

igdauksa responds:

Hello!

Well it is not necessary to deeply understand Buddhism in order to understand this lesson.

Did You start the Muddy Water level? You need to speak to Buddha when he stops after a while and there you will get a task.

It's well presented, and pretty fun for what it is, but it's still disappointing to see people propagating misconceptions about science...
