Awesome!

That was awesome. The animation was so smooth and pretty. The fight sequence was, I don't know, a little simplistic, but I was willing to overlook that. All in all I think this had to have taken a lot of effort, but you made it look easy! You should definitely make some more stuff. And we need more cartoons based on ancient Hindu myths.

yeah..Im sure holly wood is gonna put out a Ramayana blockbuster any minute now...That guy from HEROS could be Rama .the girl from ER could be Xita and I guess Andy Cirkus could be hanuman

Fun!

This was some seriously good animation. I really liked the way it was synchronized so well to the music, great job on that! The Super Mario Land music was a good choice to use, it's amazing how catchy it is. One other thing I really liked, believe it or not, was the manta ray. We need more mantas in Flash!

OH THAT'S GREAT

Good!

I thought this was good. Yeah, the sound needed work...The graphics were a bit primitive, maybe, but they had a certain distinctive style that really worked. And the humor...(I'm not saying 'plot' because that's really not the right word. ;) ) The humor was actually quite good. It was very Newgrounds-ish humor. Yeah, I do mean that as a compliment. ;) It was random enough to be funny, but not too random as to make no sense. Good job!

SpleenMage responds:

Thanks for the review. I don't exactly get what you mean by primitive graphics, although I didnt make this with the latest Flash version so that could be that. Thanks again

Mythologiriffic!

Ah, the saga of Gilgamesh and Enkidu. It's good to see people go to the REAL classics for inspiration! ;)

The animation was not bad. Definitely showing some promise. Good work with the "camera", I mean the way you composed the various shots. The story was amusing while still being surprisingly faithful. All in all, good work!

A perfect summary of Newgrounds!

That was awesome. It was like you summed up the entirety of Newgrounds in one Flash. It's great that you got so many people to do voice work for this too! I was smiling all the way through, but when it got to "There She Is" I really started laughing.

I kind of felt like the ending didn't exactly fit, 'cause, "B" is like one of the pillars that Newgrounds is built upon. Pointless as it is. Still, it wouldn't be a Pico Flash without random violence, so whatever. ;)

That's basically everything we were going for, thank you very much for the awesome review, man!

Bizarre, but intriguing.

Well, it made me want to learn more about why humans and whales were fighting. That counts as a success, I think. The animation was actually pretty good, I mean, it didn't look like a "first Flash ever", though it wasn't completely smooth either. Particularly, some parts went by too slowly and some parts just kinda zipped by too fast. I think the best animated part was when the whale "slithers" backward after squashing the guy. It's obvious you've got some talent, so keep working at it and I'll expect great things from you in the future! ;)

Not bad!

I think the characters were animated well, the 'Dan-Dark' guy and the drop of water. The "plot" was not that special, but worth a smile. I'd like to see you do more with characters that you draw, instead of 'filling' in with stock footage. In this case, of course, it was amusing, but try something more ambitious next time. ;)

Fantasie Impromptu FTW.

Very R&S-ish!

You did a great job of capturing the feeling of the cartoon. I think the best part was the sound effects and how they correlated to the action. Also the pauses. Those two things really drove home the Ren & Stimpy feel.

Amusing!

A Ninja Gaiden/Phoenix Wright mashup...it's amazing how much sense it makes. ;) Good job!

Cool!

This animation had a whole lot of great energy. Of course, some of that was the music, but the way you fit the animation to the music was really awesome. The sync was perfect, and the jokes were great ("Come on let's go" was really funny in my opinion). Your style actually reminds me a lot of Dave Kelly. (That's a compliment.)

Great work!
