"Shows potential"

submission: -+Casual+-

Not bad, but it was a little hard to follow. Is the point that the guy is committing suicide? There wasn't any sound or really any other cues as to the story...the "portal" thing was confusing, why'd it pop up? On the good side, though, the bit with the door to heaven opening was nicely done. And your animation is pretty smooth, so that's good.

Author's Response:

I was to lazy to make him fall on the ground, so I just drew a portal :)

The Orgy of the Red Death

"Decadent horror!"

date: March 29, 2004

Now THAT was pretty damn cool. I thought all the graphics were really stylish, and created an interesting atmosphere of decadence and horror. I thought maybe there should have been some more detail...like with the series of rooms, or maybe a shot or two of a mass of blood-drenched bodies at the end...but even so, it's really good.

Aw, it's so cute! It reminded me of my first girlfriend, and how I still miss her. Good job!

Japanese Talent Show

"A good start."

date: March 24, 2004

It was a good start, I like the 1940s-animation style. But it was too SHORT!

Who want 2 b a HaloMaster

"Pointless, with bugs too"

date: March 24, 2004

The whole thing is just words and stuff, no pictures of Halo scenes or Regis or anything. Not only that, but after losing you get a list of ranks...but it's up to you to try and remember how many questions you got right and look up your rank yourself. Why doesn't the game just show you the rank? Not only that, but you misspelled "Jackal"! Kind of a poor effort all around.

"Bizarre naughty fun!"

submission: king stroker

I love the whole style of how it's like you're playing with this arcade game. And the girl urging you on was sexy. The one problem I had was that the ending is a little hard to figure out. It's like you're going along and...suddenly you have a score, and you're not sure why you did well or badly. Other than that, though, it's great.

Ana's Quest for Hentai

"Fun, if it worked"

date: March 21, 2004

A lot like Frank's Adventure, yes, but I'd like to see as many games like this as possible. So I consider the similarity a good thing. However, it doesn't really seem as polished as Frank's Adventure. Here are some specific problems (in addition to the ones other reviewers have brought up): 1) On the main menu, if you change music, go to Instructions, then go back to the main menu, the music is back to that damn Twinkle Park. 2) If you go to the green guy first he gives you the "head" without your having to do his quest. 3) It's difficult to figure out where you can go. When I have to check every side of every room, I don't consider that an interesting puzzle, I consider it tedious. 4) The box with the wrench (and the wrench itself) will "regenerate". 5) A lot of the characters are "silent" until you find the right item, which means when you find a new item you gotta wander around checking if they say anything. 6) Is the Bath House actually "fixed"? 7) Is it possible to lose Homestar Hunt?
